Bernice Cruz is a Parañaque-based painter and graphic illustrator. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Design, Major in Painting,  from the University of Santo Tomas. (Magna cum laude, Class of 2019.) She was a 2019 recipient of the Pope John Paul II Outstanding Achievement Award from her university.

Her most notable work, Dream Tapestry, had been featured in 
Metro Manila Business Yellow Pages for winning 
the Grand Prize Award in 33rd DPC-PLDT Visual 
Arts Competition.
